Lease renewal addendum template. In witness thereof the parties have executed this lease addendum this day and year first above written. The form can also work as an extension of a fixed term agreement that is ending soon modifying the lease into a month to month arrangement or as an alteration to an existing monthly rent agreement. All other provisions and conditions of the original lease agreement remain the same except as adjusted herein. Both the landlord and tenant hereby agree to extend the original lease agreement for a further period of months.

The month to month lease addendum allows the landlord or tenant to change an existing rental agreement between the two 2 parties. The lease extension addendum allows a lease agreement to continue past the previously established end date. The termination date on the lease agreement shall be extended for an additional months and based on the same terms and conditions as contained in the lease agreement except for those provisions contained in this lease renewal addendum. Instead of changing the actual lease agreement an addendum is a document added to a lease agreement outlining the prearranged modifications.

The landlord and tenants entered into an original lease agreement for the premises described above which began on the day of 20. The lease addendum templates allow a landlord or tenant to make changes to a current residential or commercial lease agreement.
